Submit a Press Release

Send us the release first. You do not need to choose a plan yet.

PR Channel can review your announcement, company information and China media objectives, then tell you whether free public information access, targeted media distribution or a custom campaign is the more appropriate next step.

What to send

Three things are enough to start

01
Your press release

Word, PDF, Google Doc link or plain text is fine for the initial review.

02
Your official company website

This helps us verify the source organization and understand the company context.

03
Your China media goal

Tell us if you simply want public information available in China, need industry media, want specific outlets, or need media invitation support.

No extra authorization page is required for the free plan.
The submitter only needs to confirm that they are authorized to provide the announcement to PR Channel for distribution. PR Channel may add a distribution note to the published version.

What happens next

We review the release before recommending a route

01
Source check

We verify the company website and confirm the announcement is suitable for review.

02
Distribution route

We identify whether the free access option, China Starter, China Targeted or a custom plan is appropriate.

03
Execution or quote

If paid media execution is needed, we provide a clearer scope before you decide whether to proceed.
