Our Chinese Media Placement Principles
We do not judge a placement by the media logo alone. We look at the actual publishing environment and what can be independently verified.
1. Actual domain
The live domain should be checked before a placement is described or compared.
2. Page type
Main-site news, content accounts, regional pages and special-topic pages should be identified separately.
3. Public accessibility
The published page should be independently accessible where possible, rather than evidenced only by screenshots.
4. Media relevance
Subject matter, geography and audience fit matter more than media-name recognition alone.
5. Editorial review
Submission is not publication. Editors may accept, edit, delay or reject content.
6. Publication is not recommendation
Being published is different from homepage recommendation, app recommendation or other forms of distribution.
7. Search visibility is separate
A live page may or may not be indexed or ranked by search engines.
8. AI visibility is separate
Publication does not guarantee retrieval, citation or inclusion in an AI-generated answer.
